Free Hebrew text anonymizer
Ploni removes PII and identifying details from Hebrew text and keeps what requests usually need. You get 100,000 free words at signup, plus 10,000 every month.
What it looks like
A sample text with invented details, and the model's output as it came out:
A lawyer asks for a demand letter for a client dismissed after announcing her pregnancy.
What gets hidden
- Direct identifiers: names, ID numbers, phones, emails, addresses, bank accounts, licence plates and more.
- Descriptions that identify without a name: places, workplaces, jobs and ages.
- Exact times: dates and clock times, at the strict setting.
What stays
Medical and financial details, habits, events and family situation, among others, stay by default, because requests usually need them. If they identify someone in your context, you can ask to hide them too.
What happens to your text
Text sent through the API is processed only in Israel and isn't stored. Instead of plain redaction, each detail becomes a numbered placeholder, and the replacement map comes back to you, so you can put the details back into the AI's answer.
Two notes before you start
